Privacy Policy
Showcase Visuals, LLC ("Showcase Visuals," "we," "us") is a real estate media company based in Tullahoma, Tennessee. We provide real estate photography, video, drone and 3D tour services, and we publish Showcase Script Builder, a free script-writing tool that runs in ChatGPT. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect through our website and booking services
- Information you give us. When you email us, call us or book a shoot, we collect what you provide. That can include your name, email, phone number, brokerage, property address and details about the job.
- Booking and payment information. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking provider, Spiro, at book.showcasevisuals.com. Spiro processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We don't store full card numbers.
- Website usage. Our website host, Squarespace, may collect standard information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and your approximate location, using cookies and similar technology.
Showcase Script Builder and ChatGPT
The Script Builder runs inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. What you type into ChatGPT, including property notes and script requests, is processed by OpenAI under OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policy, not this one.
The Script Builder is set up so that your conversations and script requests are not automatically sent to Showcase Visuals. We don't receive your ChatGPT conversations unless you choose to share them with us, for example in a support email.
Support emails you choose to send
If you email admin@showcasevisuals.com for help with the Script Builder, that's a separate, voluntary step. We receive only what you include in the email.
- Who sees it. Authorized Showcase Visuals team members, using our email provider, Google Workspace.
- How we use it. Only to respond to your support request. We don't use support emails for marketing.
- How long we keep it. We delete support emails periodically. We don't follow a fixed deletion schedule, and deleted messages may remain for a time in backups or in our providers' systems.
Please include only what's needed to explain the problem, and don't send passwords, financial or government ID numbers, or other sensitive information.
How we use information
- To schedule, shoot, edit and deliver your media
- To reply to questions and send quotes, invoices and job updates
- To respond to Script Builder support requests
- To run and improve our website
- To meet legal and accounting requirements
We don't sell your personal information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Spiro (booking and payments), Squarespace (website), Google Workspace (email), and our editing and storage tools. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Media we create
Photos, videos and tours of a property are delivered to the agent or client who ordered them, and they may be used on listing sites they choose. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
How long we keep information
We keep job and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Support emails are handled as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove a property from our portfolio. Email admin@showcasevisuals.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. To manage information held by OpenAI, use the controls and contact options OpenAI provides.
Children
Our services are for real estate professionals, their clients and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
