Script Builder terms
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Showcase Script Builder (the "Script Builder"), a free script-writing tool published by Showcase Visuals, LLC ("Showcase Visuals," "we," "us"). By using the Script Builder, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. What the Script Builder does
The Script Builder helps you draft and revise real estate video scripts, including listing scripts, auction scripts, voiceovers, hooks, calls to action and personal branding scripts. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review, edit and approve.
3. Showcase Visuals and OpenAI
The Script Builder runs inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. Showcase Visuals is not OpenAI and does not operate or control ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT, including the Script Builder, is also governed by OpenAI's applicable terms and policies.
4. Your material
You're responsible for the property notes, details and other material you submit. Only submit material you have the right to share and use. Don't include sensitive personal information that isn't needed to write the script.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Script Builder to:
- Create content that is false, misleading or deceptive, including made-up property details or claims
- Create content that discriminates against people, including content that would violate fair housing laws
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
- Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so
- Interfere with, misuse or try to get around how the Script Builder works
6. Check every script before you use it
Scripts can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when your notes are correct. Before you publish, record or share a script, you are responsible for checking it, including:
- Property details, such as size, features, location and condition
- Pricing and any financial terms
- Auction dates, times, locations and terms
- Any advertising claims
- That the script meets the advertising requirements that apply to you, such as those of your state, your brokerage and your MLS
You are responsible for the scripts you choose to use.
7. No guaranteed results
Scripts from the Script Builder don't guarantee sales, leads, views or any other marketing result.
8. Changes and availability
The Script Builder depends on ChatGPT and may not always be available. We may change, pause or stop offering the Script Builder at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
